OPTICAL PRISM MANUFACTURE
Kingsview can manufacture a wide range of custom optical prisms. Endoscopic micro prisms to large periscope prisms can be manufactured. Almost any prism can be manufactured from standard right angle, penta prisms, and roof prisms etc. Antireflective and prism mirror coating is also available at our site.
OPTICAL MIRRORS
Kingsview Optical can manufacture a wide range of custom precision mirrors tailor made to your needs. We are able to deposit many different materials depending on your application. These include aluminium, silver, gold, dichroic and dielectrics. The manufacture of the components and the coating is all done at our site in the UK giving us greater control, decreased costs and quicker lead times.

Kingsview Optical can manufacture an extensive range of optical filters. With CNC edging available complex shapes can be routinely produced. Twin lap polishing can be used when tight flatness and parallelism are paramount. Antireflective coatings are also available when optical performance is critical

Kingsview Optical can manufacture custom precision optical windows. With use of a CNC edger your complex shapes can be manufactured fairly routinely provided you can prepare a STEP file of the part. Twin lap polishing can be used when the flatness, parralelism and thickness tolerance needed is teh highest precision. Antireflective coating is also available ot outr site when your application needs it.
